I’m currently overdosing on funny, easygoing, rom com movies. You can say what you like about Hollywood, but they do get you to take your mind off things…
This from ‘Rumor Has It’, where Shirley Maclaine gives an impromptu toast at her granddaughter’s wedding: “Life is short. Marriage is long. So…drink up, it’s going to make it feel a hell of a lot shorter”.
Don’t know why that really cracked me up…
ah, i’ve see that movie. i liked it. isn’t this the movie with kevin costner too? i remember him doing a headstand.
anyway, romantic comedies are great. when one is in the mood. i think it’s important to be open to other genres of film other than sci-fi/fantasy, LOTR, Star Wars, The Matrix Trilogy stuff. ;o)
yup, that’s the one. and he does a head stand, you’re right : “best hangover remedy i know”. wonder if that’s true…
definitely, the matrix will only get you that far…^^
